- 1 cup vegetable Broth
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil leaves, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups broccoli flowerets
- 4 1/2 cups hot cooked penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (I like fresh squeezed as opposed to the bottled stuff)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Broccoli Penne
The easiest week night dinner, and my kids eat THIRDS of this stuff. It seriously takes me 15 min. to make.
